The hotel is ready for a thorough renovation and reimagination that will convert it into an urban resort and swim club and fill a gap in the San Antonio market at price points at least 20% less than recent comps.The hotel will fully engage with the Riverwalk, offering three waterfront F&B outlets including a street front café, a 3-meal restaurant, and a pool bar/lounge. It will also offer 24,000 SF of state-of-the-art events space, inclusive of a new 5,100 square foot Riverview Ballroom that will sit on the waters’ edge.
