Foundry seamlessly combines top-tier creative office spaces with 17 luxury condo units, all situated in the burgeoning East Austin area. Completed in July 2019, the project saw immediate success: all condo units were pre-sold at over $500 per square foot, and the 79,603-square-foot office building was 90.6% pre-leased.
