Blake specializes in capital markets having been involved with over $2Bn of CRE transactions on both the sponsor and investments side. Most recently, Blake was a Director at CrowdStreet where he was responsible for originating LP investment opportunities in all CRE property types. Prior to CrowdStreet, Blake worked at JPI Companies and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Blake holds an MBA from Rice University and BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
