As Partner for Single Tenant Development, Brad’s primary role is the acquisition of existing single tenant assets for redevelopment and development of new locations. He is responsible for deal sourcing, site selection, development,  and financing of single-tenant real estate assets.

In this role, Brad has completed over 50 transactions in the last seven years. He also helped lead the expansion of Hat Creek Burger Company into the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston markets and is actively involved in development for tenants including Walgreens, Starbucks, Calloway's Nursery, and several credit unions.

Throughout his career, Brad has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than 100 properties. Brad previously worked for Guggenheim partners as a Director of Real Estate in their retail development group. Brad also worked in various corporate and franchise development roles for Yum Brands, and as East Coast Director of  Leasing  for Zale Corp, where he negotiated over 300 leases, including renewals, relocations, and new units.

Brad holds an MBA from the Southern Methodist’s Cox School of Business and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and loves to play golf in his spare time.
