Keith is the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance at The Town Lake Company, where he oversees financial operations, including treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, and reporting across the company’s portfolio.

Keith brings extensive experience in accounting and finance leadership roles, including serving as Controller for a Dallas-based family office, CFO/COO at Emersons Commercial Real Estate, Controller at Satori Capital, and CFO for Rainier Companies. Throughout his career, Keith has successfully built and led high-performing teams, implemented advanced technology solutions to improve efficiency and strengthen internal controls, and gained experience in all phases of commercial real estate development and operations across diverse property types.

Keith holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, a BA in English from Southern Methodist University, and both an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. He is a licensed CPA in Texas and a CFA Charterholder.
