As Partner of Flex Industrial Development, Taylor is responsible for the creation and growth of TLC's flex industrial vertical. He is responsible for development activities including site selection, design, entitlement, construction, marketing, and lease-up.

With a reputation for his sharp analytical skills and a knack for creative problem-solving, Taylor is committed to fostering advantageous outcomes for both TLC and our investors. Taylor's experience includes serving as Director of Development for a prominent flex development firm in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. In this role, Taylor played an instrumental part in growing the firm's portfolio, culminating in a total stabilized value of over $330 million. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Taylor spent almost a decade as a Management Consultant with Accenture, where he honed the analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills that guide him today.

Taylor earned his BBA in Finance and Management at Texas Tech University.
